Returns or refunds

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us directly at nowhere.aotearoanz@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We can issue an exchange or a refund.

Pick-up in store

We will hold the item for 2 months if you wish to pick-up in store, unless agreed otherwise. Items not picked up after 2 months will be returned to stock and you will receive an online credit.
