取消政策

As a small independent bookstore, for some titles, we only have one copy in stock that's listed for both online and in-store customers. We adjust our stock as soon as possible, but there may be a chance that your purchase can no longer be filled (or need more time) e.g., when a customer has bought the same product in store just before you put in the order online. 

We apologise in advance for this occasion. If this happens, we will contact you and discuss if you would like a full refund or happy to wait for restocking. We appreciate your understanding.

作為一家小型獨立書店,部分在售書籍店內僅有一本庫存,供線上及線下顧客選購。我們會盡力即時更新庫存信息,但偶爾可能出現無法滿足您訂單需求的情況,或需延長寄出時間(如該商品在您下單前剛好被店內顧客買走,工作人員還未來得及更新線上庫存)。

如果此類情況出現,我們深表歉意,感謝您的理解。我們會主動與您聯繫,確認您希望全額退款,還是願意等待補貨。
